KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

Elada Kurumsal olarak 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") uyarınca, kişisel verilerinizi hukuka ve dürüstlük kurallarına uygun, doğru ve güncel olarak işlediğimizi bilmenizi isteriz. Bu aydınlatma metni, kişisel verilerinizin hangi amaçla, nasıl ve ne kadar süre ile işleneceği, kişisel veri sahiplerinin KVKK kapsamında haklarına ilişkin genel bilgiler içermektedir.

As Elada Kurumsal, we would like you to know that we process your personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), in compliance with law and fairness, accurately and in an up-to-date manner. This information note provides general information about the purposes, methods and duration of processing of your personal data and the rights of data subjects under KVKK.

Kişisel verileriniz, teklif ve katalog taleplerinin yanıtlanması, sipariş, üretim ve teslimat süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi, sözleşmeden doğan yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve mevzuattan kaynaklanan yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amaçlarıyla işlenmektedir.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of responding to quote and catalog requests, managing order, production and delivery processes, customer relationship management, fulfilling contractual obligations and fulfilling obligations arising from legislation.

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca veri sorumlusuna başvurarak aşağıdaki haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz:

  • Kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
  • Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
  • Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
  • Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
  • Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
  • KVKK'da düzenlenen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
  • Kişisel verilerin düzeltilmesi, silinmesi ya da yok edilmesi işlemlerinin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
  • İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
  • Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.
